If you provided feedback previously and are not satisfied with the response, you can
escalate your feedback to the PTV Customer Advocate. Please note: you must already raised
your feedback and received a response in order to escalate to the PTV Customer Advocate.
Alternatively, you can lodge unresolved complaints about public transport operators (including PTV)
with the Public Transport Ombudsman
and you are not required to make an escalated complaint
to the Customer Advocate first.
